How the Tilt works – An understanding of L.I.T.E.

Welcome. This is the first of our “Working from my Basement” series of video tutorials on the Tilt light sheet imaging system. We are going to start from the beginning and take a look at the technology behind the Tilt, which is known as L.I.T.E. or Lateral Interference Tilted Excitation. This technology was developed by the President and Founder of Mizar Imaging, Dr. Paul Maddox , Associate Professor at UNC Chapel Hill.
